You can identify different ways that will enable you to do more.  There are resources that can be complicated and overwhelming. This book provides simple practical tools.

This book is not about being perfect. It is just simply trying to improve different aspects of your life where you need guidance and ideas. Only you can pick what is lacking in your life and try to improve those skills. Ask yourself, what do you believe in? What makes you happy? Who makes you happy? What is possible? What would you like to get more out of life? More success? More balance? More calm? More gratitude? Answer these questions, make that decision to move forward and then take one action step at a time to bring MORE into your life.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Elise is an attorney, mediator, business owner, consultant, and coach. Currently a principal at Scheck Group, a family office, she is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator, mediating cases across areas of corporate litigation, employment law, real estate, probate, insurance, and personal injury.   

As the co-founder of the website Amenta, (www.shopamenta.com) she supports artisans and their communities throughout Latin America to sell their products online. In addition, she is the co-founder of SImpact (www.simpact.it), an organization committed to increasing performance of social sector organizations. 

Elise has been actively involved in several non-profit organizations, and has given her time and energy to numerous boards and committees throughout Miami. She is a Partner with Social Venture Partners, a member of the National Women’s Philanthropy Board, a board member of Overtown Youth Center and a Mentor with Women of Tomorrow, where she works with 30 girls at Miami Lakes Educational Center. She is also involved with Greater Miami Jewish Federation and is currently a Vice Chair of the Board. She was chair of the Women’s Impact Initiative and President of Women’s Philanthropy, among other leadership positions. 

Elise graduated from University of Miami Law School and Columbia University and completed the Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys spinning, running, reading, mahjong, and participating in volunteer opportunities with her children. She lives in Miami with her husband, Gil, and they are the proud parents of five children.
